Mr Baker's Coffee House - Feedback

What R G doesn't like about Mr Baker's Coffee House:
Mr Baker's Coffeehouse in Haidhausen Munich looks really great, with some typical nice italian/ south german influences. There is a nice terrace in front of the cafe for some peaceful people watching. However........ after having been there for several times, the owner treats his customers very unfriendly and rude.
