Hi. my name is karine and I just called her restaurant to talk about a reservation I had made for tonight and I received the worst customer service I could get! the person who did not identify himself.) answered the phone and was so rude and rude for me! as I explained what I need tonight, it should be a celebration of a friend of mine who is pregnant and her birthday) he said I am busy talking now, I am under stress whatever they want to come and we do it for them when they come. he didn't let me finish talking and hanging up the phone right on me! that is not possible! after all this corona situation in which the restaurants were all closed. Now should be the time to get back the customers, and I will get such an rude service from them! I will never be back in their restaurant and I will tell everyone who wants to know menzingers restaurant, not go there anymore! I'm so disappointed!

We have reserved a table on Friday afternoon. empty restaurant, waiter not so busy. we wait for 15 minutes and no one comes to ask for the order, not even for a starter or a drink. we leave the restaurant. in an expensive restaurant I expect. more attentiveness, so we will never go there again. there are hundreds of others who take care of their customers.

If you want to eat good Italian food (not average! this is certainly one of the places to go. It is not cheap though. Buffalo mozzarella tastes like it should and the ingredients used are generally fresh. Sometimes the food can be really great. Unfortunately...not on a consistent basis... Service is ok but far from being great. Like in most Italian places the waiters think they have invented good food themselves and you should feel lucky that they are serving you. But that’s a different story :

Great food, great atmosphere inside and outside. We were there on pleasant summer evening, had very good seats outside. Our wonderful waiter Davide was extremely helpful choosing a great dinner, an excellent. It was overall a very nice evening.

Great food! Great staff! Great location! Don't hesitate to eat here, it's most definitely worth it. 10/10
