Having said that, the kitchen did a great job delivering food relatively quick.

Each person's meal is brought out staggered every 10-15 minutes, insuring that everyone finishes eating at a different time. There was no communication about when the next dish was coming out nor any explanation of the delay. Super strange.

It was a little after 1 PM on a Saturday, so there was no line and there was only one Japanese family there, so I was able to relax. I ordered the Tanuki Udon and three-piece sushi set, and the Tanuki Udon was delicious! The tempura flakes were tasty, so I can imagine their tempura is also delicious. The tuna sushi was a little bland, but the shrimp and salmon were okay! Perhaps because the set price of 19.5€ plus a drink came to over 20€, there weren't many customers. The food was great, so I recommend it to Japanese people craving Japanese food!
