I and my friend stopped by to eat something. We don't have much hunger, so we decided to order Focaccia and some drinks. On a busy evening only a waitress and restaurant owner worked. The owner was not even... working; he only observed customers and drink beer. We tried long to order and sat before the owner. He ignored us and we had to ask for a second order. drinks were served shortly after the order; Everything was good. Customers always came to the restaurant. We waited for two focaccias that are easier to make than a pizza. Customers who came 20 25 minutes later received their order pizza and we were waiting. We asked the waitress and she told us that the food was coming in 10 minutes. We also mentioned that the customers who came later were served earlier than we were. The waitress didn't even apologize, she just said this wasn't her fault. In short, my Focaccia came. It was like a normal sandwich, not Focaccia, cold, and the bread was in pieces. The tomato mozzarella Focaccia of my friend came later. We were too hungry after 1 hour waiting for two Focaccias, so we quickly ate, paid and just left. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. We were not served as well as other customers and they did not feel sad or guilty. There are so much better Italian restaurants in Munich, regarding food, service, etc. P.S: the restaurant owner sat straight and chatting and drinking beer all the time. It was full and only a waitress worked. He didn't try to help a busy evening in his restaurant. Honestly, the worst service I've ever seen in Munich.
