So I’m in Munich — beautiful city, great beer, sausages, the whole thing. I hear about this place, Eiscafe Florenz. Supposedly they’ve got the real deal: authentic spaghetti eis. You know, the kind that makes you go, “Alright, this is Germany.” I get excited. I’m walking there in the pouring rain like some kind of dessert pilgrim — umbrella’s flipping inside out, I’m soaked, my shoes are squishing. But I’m thinking, “It’s worth it. Spaghetti eis, baby.” I get there—two hours before closing, mind you. Two hours. Not ten minutes. Not right at the buzzer. Two hours. People are still sitting down, enjoying their little sundaes, licking their spoons, laughing — it’s a full-blown dessert party. I walk up to the counter, and the woman behind it looks at me like I just asked her to perform open-heart surgery. She sort of shuffles over, clearly not thrilled that a customer has entered the business. She tells me — and I quote — “We’ve already cleaned up.” Cleaned up! Two hours before closing. What is this, a restaurant or a mirage? You exist, you’re open, but I can’t have any ice cream? It’s like Seinfeld in reverse: “No ice cream for you!” Look, if you’re gonna close early, close early. Lock the door. Put up a sign. Don’t stand there while customers are rain-soaked and dessert-less, watching it all like a Greek tragedy. Anyway. One star. Would’ve given zero, but the rain was refreshing.

Very disappointed in the wait staff turning us down after reading the menu 2 hours before closing because she had already cleaned up .

Absolutely ridiculous. We showed up two hours before this place was supposed to close, only to be told, “We’ve already cleaned up.” Excuse me? Isn’t the whole point of having posted hours to, I don’t know… follow them? Apparently, this shop closes whenever they feel like it, regardless of what it says online or on the door. No apology, no explanation — just a lazy, dismissive attitude like we were inconveniencing them by showing up during normal business hours. Newsflash: people come to an ice cream shop for ice cream — not to be told, “Too bad, we’re done for the night.” If you value your time or customer service, skip this place. Plenty of other spots nearby that understand how businesses are supposed to operate.

This ice cream parlour has an ideal location, close to the children's playground! ! ! This enriches the way to the playground or back. With beautiful weather there is more often a small ice cream to take. You can even sit outside, but it is not so pleasant, lies directly on the road. So let's go to the ice cream: it's made of course, delicious italian .........rich selection and the prices are also ok. Ideal also as a dessert the delicious ice cups! !

The ice is fine, service goes so, but if several days was little off, the quality leaves much to wish. as a resident in the neighborhood, this ice cream is our first choice. I can't remember ever coming in an ice cup in an ice cup. we had a rancid chocolate and earthy sauce. To take a spagetthi ice, I had to find home that the saw was crazy. hope dies last, but I will not eat ice in the future.
