Very nice café behind the old Peter with a wide selection of excellent cakes. Friendly service, very nice ambience. The café is almost always full, despite the proud prices (e.g. €11.20 for Cappuchino cheesecake). As an alternative, Café St. Pietro is located 30 metres on the right. Still recommendation. Point deduction only due to price level with at the same time exclusive cash payment in 2024! View all feedback.
What Trent Hermiston doesn't like about Caffe Piemonte:
ok location. price level average. the waiter has a bad day. the place is nothing special. next to the old peters church. they can visit if they want. my position is neutral. View all feedback.
Dreamy cake selection, huge cake pieces and very good coffee.Exotic friendly staff and nice atmosphere. and afterwards a well filled aperol sprizz. better you can't spend the afternoon. the same applies to the caffe S.Pietro next door.
With the size of the cake pieces is not saved, here you get a neat piece of cake for your money :)
Good coffee. the cakes (which we have tried) also very well. I recommend the chocolate, she gets no better note for the service, which is terrible. they will give you on in the round. we had to repeat several times what we wanted, and even then it was only served after 20-25 minutes. later and in bad manner.
The caffe is very nice and just in summer you sit very nice and shady. both the bruschetta and tramezzini and a good cappuccino or also a delicious (earberry) cake are highly recommended. only the service is in the environment extremely bad, inappropriate and unfriendly. the service (female/blond) should be given care to the chef in terms of kindness/service willingness. it could of course also be that the dame does not like to exercise her profession and is therefore so little service-oriented.
The piemonte lies in a snuggled position right behind the old peter in a mouth. there are very large pieces of cake there and with it the Piedmonte wants to make a name in a few. the cake is not made after our taste but is bought in the large market. unfortunately dwr coffee is also very expensive. a milk coffee comes to 5,50 euro, a medium cappuccino costs 4,20 euro. also the personal sometimes has something planned. therefore only three out of five points in the total score. the visit is nevertheless recommended. we like to go.
