We have been a guest at the Broeding for years. The menus were always very good and the service is perfect. It is more family, polite and accommodating. Great wine tasting and advice, with exciting information about wine, winery and winemakers. With these, the broeding has been used for decades of long contact. The alcohol-free accompaniment is as unique as great! In other places, there is maximum Priseccos, not badly natural, but not so creative for long, with so much passion for the product and as well matched to the food as it was with broeding. In the summer you sit in the enchanted Innnehof and now also on the road in a beautiful Schanigarten. The restaurant's interior is also cozy.

Great weeping on a kitchen that makes fun. the atmosphere is great: casual, cool at the same time. broeding has a traditional restaurant character, but unfortunately is a bit too expensive.
