The restaurant was closed for renovation while we had a reservation via open table. You should take it offline during the renovation.
The place was fine, very few vegeterian options for my friend. Food was wholesome but simple, more expensive than you'd expect. The place was quiet no one was sitting in the restaurant or front out door tables this meant there wasn't much ambience.
I drove to the restaurant with a TAXI extra late in the evening for almost 40€. The reservation was for late evening, but you could reserve it! For safety, I wanted to call again at the restaurant to make sure that there are still food. Unfortunately no one went to the phone there. When we were there, we've been kind of upset. At some point the waiter came and said the boss weren't there, so you wouldn't have seen our reservation. The worst thing I found was that while we talked to each other, he went to his phone. You just don't do that and I don't think that's a serious excuse.
Beautiful corner of the town, some of the food was amazing some of the food was disappointing.
We were two in the CALEO and we liked it very well. Amazingly, the store was quite empty on a Wednesday night before a holiday. The food was very good. We had an asparagus cream soup before, then Iberico-Kalbsbäckchen and Bœf-La-Motte. Only the side-semmelknödel I found lacking. It tasted like the commercially available finished product. Otherwise everything was sharp and the operation was very courteous.
