Phoenix Restaurant - Mülheim

At this evaluation I bleeded almost a little the heart. the pizzeria phönix on the hingbergstraße in mülheim an der ruhr is new, earlier there was the restaurant toto, which is still in very good memory for many native from the quarter with security. at toto you could not go at the weekend without reservation because it was full in the small restaurant. huge pizzas, extremely tasty pists, I miss it. the environment is still beautiful, there was not much changed and the tables were also discreet but tastefully covered with taste and cutlery. that looks good first! when we visited the pizzeria, only one more table was occupied, so it was empty. the drinks came fast, the waiter was also nice, but unfortunately not trained or attentive. we ordered and then 45 minutes with nothing. the dishes remained untouched because there were no appetizers as they usually know in Italian restaurants. maybe deco? in the meantime the next table was occupied, this round was an appetizer of pizza rolls, butter and oliven. that they should simply forget this with other guests, they should be noticed by the employees at the latest when looking for new drinks, but unfortunately not happened. we have to wait a total of 45 minutes to eat, although the restaurant was practically empty. it was possible to remember that the delivery service was before us, because phone orders were received quickly and the deliveries were released. the guests can be quietly hungry, nothing is done. they eat, in our case pizza and above, was average and as they would expect from a delivery service. this pizzeria has nothing to do with toto from earlier, neither regarding the quality of food nor the service we find very bad. we will not visit this pizzeria among these operators again with security.

In the meantime the side table was occupied, this round was served with an appetizer of pizza rolls, butter and olives. The fact that you should simply forget this with other guests should be noticed by the staff at the latest on the question of guests for new drinks requests, but unfortunately not happened. The food itself, in our case pizza and turmoil, was average and how to expect a delivery service. Unfortunately, this pizzeria has nothing to do with Toto from the past, neither regarding the quality of food nor the service we find very bad. We will certainly not visit this pizzeria among these operators again.

Wir waren gestern abend hier zum Essen und können das "Phoenix" nur weiterempfehlen. Speisen sehr lecker zubereitet und ausreichend, netter kleiner Gaumenkitzler vorweg, bestehend aus warmen, frischen Pizzabrötchen, Paprikabutter, schwarzenoliven und Schafskäse, perfekt für einen Abend, an dem man nicht kochen will. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche Bedienung.

Wir waren schon öfter dort und es schmeckt! Es ist mehr eine sehr gute Pizzeria als ein italienisches Restaurant, dass steht aber auch am Eingang groß PIZZERIA & Restaurant. Also sollte man nicht mit falschen Erwartungen hingehen. Dennoch war der Lachs sehr gut und auch die Pasta war ausgezeichnet. Sogar deutlich besser als in manchen überteuerten italienischen Restaurants. Es gab eine kleine Vorspeise von Haus und 4 Grappa zum Schluss, wie es sich bei italienern gehört. Preis für 4 Personen mit ges. 10 Bier bei ca. 55 €. Halte ich für ein solches Ambiente und so leckeres Essen für vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Kellner bekam auch noch nen 5er. Tische waren dezent, mit einem Besteck und Vorspeiseteller eingedeckt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall nochmal vorbei.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig dort und ich kann nur sagen das es nichts zu meckern gibt! Tolles Personal und super essen! Man geht auf wünsche ein und legt sehr viel wert auf das Wohl des Gastes! Ich bin eher pingelig was essen angeht und kann nur selten irgendwo bestellen aber hier wird der Kundenwunsch erhört! Ich bin überaus zufrieden! Der Koch macht einen super Job!
