I got a veggie delight bowl and the lady who served me mixed the salad properly on a big bowl first and then gave it in the takeaway bowl. This salad was so good compared to the boring layered way that is served in Sydney. Amazing start to my outback trip!!!!

But most of the time I’ve been served by Josh who, from the start was a great conversation and made my salads with care. He is able to be professional while having a laugh. If I ever had to come through Mudgee again I would definitely return.

I don't know who is making the Subs there now but it was the best made one I have had to date!
