Wow, Wow & Wow!!!My son & I thought we would get out of Sydney & visit Mudgee last weekend, so glad we came across the Dancing Goat Café. If your a serious coffee drinker they serve Campos coffee (my favourite), we had brunch there, my son had the big breakfast & I couldn't go past the corn fritters with poached eggs & bacon. If you have a sweet tooth Lyn's slice is to die for. All of the staff made us feel very welc... View all feedback.

Dining in at this restaurant costs between A$1 to 20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 4 out of 5.
The service is friendly and the food is good. Three years later, we came back to this lovely café for a quick lunch on our way to Dubbo. I would give a perfect score of 5 for both the food, service, and atmosphere.
This charming café serves delicious food at a reasonable price. The service is great, with a focus on the breakfast menu. On average, expect to spend between $20 and $40 per person. The food is top-notch, receiving a rating of 5 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere both score 4 out of 5.
I recently visited Dancing Goat and had a fantastic experience. We tried the Chicken Katsu Bao Bun, which was crispy and flavorful, with the right balance of tenderness in the chicken and a nice slaw to complement it. The Benny with salmon was a standout; the poached eggs were perfectly cooked, and the salmon added a rich, savory twist to the classic dish. For drinks, the iced mocha was smooth and not overly sweet, with just the right amount of chocolate, and the iced latte was refreshing with a well-balanced coffee flavor. Overall, great food, excellent drinks, and a cozy vibe. Definitely recommend checking it out! Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Excellent Food!!! This is one place where you will love the quality of food. We were not happy as Avo smash was finished but went ahead with Toastie of the day along with kids pancake a southern fried chicken burger. The chicken was amazingly crispy (and I’ve tried KFC in tons of places but this is whole new level); Toastie was filling and I realised why it was recommended by few others. Pancakes were amazing because they did not try to overload it with tons of items got the basic fluffiness right along with Maple syrup and ice-cream (they asked us if we wanted it and it was hot day) The milkshake glass was surprisingly huge (my kid loved it) Highly recommended having breakfast here if you’re in Mudgee!!!
