I was there on a conference, did not get to stay overnight but experienced the food during lunch and dinner. Food was exquisite, very tasty and flavorful. Special thanks to Chef Michael for the great work!
We were very disappointed with the kitchen. On the first evening we ate à la carte. The roast potatoes made to pumpkin were not even and therefore unfit. The carving itself was very good. The spaghetti Carbonara were tasteless and swept in a greasy sauce. On the second evening we tested the buffet. This consisted of cast iron with seafood, a clear selection of main dishes, partly salted, and dried cakes for dessert. To make it short: it was not particularly delicious and qualitatively disappointing. You would have eaten better in the next village pizza.
