I placed an order for a cake on the phone mid Oct and the morning of the collection when i called to ask if my collection time was still ok i was told they cant... read more I placed an order for a cake on the phone mid Oct and the morning of the collection when i called to ask if my collection time was still ok i was told they cant find my order. And tht i did not place an order... after shouting she told me it can be done. Oh btw, They also changed the price i was quoted on with no prior notice. The cake was nice though but they should work on their customer service. I will try them out again soon hopefully my experience will be better.
