Dunkin' - Mt Laurel

I requested a drink with less ice at this restaurant since most places tend to fill their cups with ice. However, not only did they add extra ice, but the cup was less than two-thirds full. When I asked for some extra skimmed milk, the woman at the window gave me a strange look as if I had three heads. It was completely unacceptable to receive a drink that was mostly ice and to be given such a small portion. This experience was ridiculous and disappointing.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and allows me to use multiple rewards. The food is delicious and they also serve great hot chocolate. I highly recommend this place.

I used to visit this Dunkin' Donuts every morning, but have recently decided it's not worth it. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. They handle my drinks without wearing gloves, never say thank you, and often mess up my order. I would rather drive a bit further to another Dunkin' Donuts than come back to this one. The staff there are downright ignorant.

We ordered a coffee with almond milk and it was a special for $2.00 and the bill was $3.00 and I said why and she said we charge $1.00 for almond milk in your coffee. That was ridiculous for a few ounces of almond milk and cost a dollar. It is time to rethink people and not to tear

Everytime I come here i order the same exact thing. And everytime my drink is never mixed. You can literally see the layers of my mocha, the sugar, and the milk than the coffee. I always ask for it to be stirred, and when I get to the window and its not, I ask for them to stir it and I get nothing but attitude and ignorance and depending whose there ill even get told no, that the stirred it when it clearly was not done AT ALL. As a past dunkin assistant store manager, it blows me away that this store is allowed to operate like this.
