We definitely should have listened. The service was slow and unsatisfactory. They were out of peppers, several types of meat, guacamole, corn salsa, and all the drinks (teas and lemonades). The rice was almost raw, and the chips were stale and unsalted. To top it off, the restroom was unclean and had vomit in it. This was an incredibly disappointing experience for a Chipotle.

I placed a to-go order, and it came without any of the items I requested. The burrito fell apart, and the food tasted bland and unseasoned.

What a catastrophe. do not order online sweat, it takes ten times as long as they simply go and order. it's delusional to watch people in whom they go to order... read more What a catastrophe. do not order online sweat, it takes ten times as long as they simply go and order. it's delusional to watch people in whom they go to order to go with their food while waiting there for 30 minutes. when they finally get their food, the order will be missing. They looked like they had a lot of personal, so I don't know what the problem is. it looked like not enough people work on online orders while they work more than enough on the inside store orders. the floors are a chaos in the kitchen and the tables needed a good wash from crusted food.

Well, don’t bother placing an order (especially through the app) after 9 PM, because it seems they just shut down, clean the food area, and won’t even let you know that your meal isn’t ready when you go to pick it up. I ordered a bowl with steak, rice, beans, salsa, and corn, but guess what? 60% of my order was missing! I used to love Chipotle, but this location is awful. I had to go through the app and Twitter just to get a refund.

The workers do not care, they stand around and talk while only 1 person works all while the whole place is a mess. The food is made/cooked all wrong. The guac was completely brown and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to any otherchipotle.
