The employees are frequently talking to each other and using their phones, appearing unconcerned about the long line of customers waiting. This is particularly evident on Sunday evenings. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for my mobile order without any acknowledgment from them. View all feedback.

To my surprise, the person who answered the phone, who I believe was the shift manager (although I didn't catch his name), was incredibly kind and understanding. He reassured me and told me to come back to the store so he could make things right. When I arrived, I immediately recognized him as the person with the bright smile and exceptional customer service who was taking care of the customer in front of me. In a time when many are facing financial struggles, the empathy and care he showed me and my family truly made us feel seen and heard. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. I hope he has the most blessed day.
