They confirmed my order but nothing was ever delivered. Eatstreet doesn't want to refund my money because they need this restaurant's consent. Even though their number does not work and they cant make contact with the restaurant. I'm not sure if reviews are real because I can't imagine a real restaurant doing this. Ordered before. Food was always good. Delivery time so, so. This time, I place a $50 order. And 45 minutes later it was cancelled. Here I am at 9:30 at night and have to RE-ORDER an entire meal for my family!!!!
Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Tried to order online now twice when in a pinch and needing to feed people. Both times the order has been canceled. The first no reason given. The second, they said the shop is closed they are open for another five hours. Don't bother ordering from them. One star is too much.
I've ordered from here before, but today they gave me meatball instead of eggplant parm. We didn't have time to go back and complain
