The owner is very rude. Made my husband wait an additional 25 minutes in line after telling him to come in 15 minutes. Helped other customers before him because he clearly knew that customer. And overcharged him for the chips. DO NOT GO HERE!! View all feedback.
The food is nicely flavored. Very personable and friendly owners. Not many frills but it's a great classic corner deli feel that reminds me of home in NY.
As others have posted, this place is very clean and the owner is wonderful. Many delicious choices and very reasonably priced. Come check it out!
What a hidden Gem in Hamden Dixwell area. Stopped in for a late breakfast Saturday morning after reading other positive reviews. Spotless clean and incredible friendly staff. Kids got bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and pancakes. Perfect small stack of pancakes. Went back for lunch and had the lamb gyro. Next time I am stuck on the soccer field all day at the middle school I will be stopping there for lunch. Looking forward to trying some more of the large menu variety.

The Service was awesome! I loved the staffs attention and care to its customers. My only issue was with their pizza recipe they needed to add yeast to the dough i think and less herbs in there sauce). There prices and everything else is great ! Store was clean and well organized.
