Superfoods Cafe Market - Mt Airy

Having grew up here from the age of 5 to 18, I was pleasantly surprised when I came back for a visit and my sister took me here straight from the airport to grab a quick bite. I turned veg in high school and if Superfoods existed then, I would have been a frequent customer. Not only is it a natural food store, but they have a cafe as well. I got a veggie wrap and was quite satisfied with the portion and preparation. I find that there is a balance in a properly made wrap, to be struck between the veggies and the dressing/hummus, or thwow thing can be a watery mess. They do it right here. They have a variety of wraps, among smoothies and other goodies. Most of the vegan options are labelled as such, so are the organic ingredients. Happy that people have an option like this in such a small town.

Really wonderful menu, full of vegan and vegetarian options! we had wraps and smoothies, but everything looked delicious. the shop has also recommended excellent supplements, bars, etc in any case!

Had her falafel wrap with a side of broccoli salad. they were great!

Superfoods is the only place in a 15 miles radius of mt. airy offers all the choices organic and well made food. Thank you! After I moved into an ihop area, I had to eat after frederick or germanton, md for and restaurant. great quality. wonderful vegan and vegan items.

Each menu that lets them add in options will be a plus in my book! I hope that one day I dinee here if covid is not something, but now I am happy about this food because it has so many great decisions! I love the raw desserts that have avocado in the wrench cake such as vegans and the termines in the chocolate cake slice. yum! a little goes far, so although the portions look kind of small, they are really very generous. the packings have so many possibilities, I don't know where to start! I am glad that they have choices for vegan wraps and vegan gluten-free wraps so beautiful, so many possibilities. I lost the number of possibilities they can have for their packaging! I had two packings, and they were both good the collar packing has a nice cashew filling and sweet, and the southwest wrap has a beautiful spicy walnut taco fill flanked by crisp romaine salat, very delicious! the only part of this sweet food is that I have a great appetit, and I felt that the portions were a little small for the packings. I come back, there are so many tasty things to try! salads, smoothies, açaí dishes count me!
