We even sang to him, although he wasn't very familiar with old school music. Unfortunately, one of my sisters received a dish that wasn't up to standard, but the restaurant promptly removed it from the bill. Perhaps it was just an off night or they were short-staffed in the kitchen, but the overall quality of the food was not as good as previous visits.

Returned today June 18, 2022 around 2pm with other family since we had just raved to highly about this place and we didn?t even make it past the wait line. Yes it?s Saturday and that?s understandable but the hostess neither of them could find our name for awhile only after seating other parties who had came in after us with the same number of people in their group. Hostess need to work on their space and time management skills and communication.

The food was good but had a hair on my plate. They took care of my meal and fixed me another plate. We had a wonderfultime and gave our server some cake.

My husband and I got here at peak dinner hours on a Saturday night and... read more Our experience tonight was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. My husband and I got here at peak dinner hours on a Saturday night and were told there would be a 45 minute wait. Sounds good to us. We waited MAYBE 15 minutes.We ordered appetizers and drinks and enjoyed each other?s company. We ordered dinner then continued on with our conversation. Alittle bit later, our waitress Samantha came to let us know the kitchen was backed up but our food should be out shortly.Perfectly fine with us, we still hadn?t finished our appetizers. A little while later the manager, Rodney I believe, came overto let us know the kitchen had lost our ticket, but our food was being made and that he would comp a good portion of our meal.Extremely generous, unexpected, and fairly unnecessary but obviously greatly appreciated as we hadn?t even noticed it was takinglonger than usual opposed to a typical Saturday night. Aside from all of that, we got our food and everything was amazing. Myhusband mentioned the fact this might be the best ribs and steak he has had maybe ever. All in all a very pleasant experienceand could not recommend this place more. This was our first date night since getting married a week ago so the amazing serviceand food just added to an already lovely evening. Thank you Rodney, Samantha, and Cheddars!
