They've installed a stainless steel enclosure... read more I've been a loyal customer of Subway for decades, but I've recently encountered a change that doesn't work for me. They've installed a stainless steel enclosure over the meats and cheeses, which means I can no longer see my sandwich being prepared. Watching the sandwich-making process is the main reason I choose Subway, and without that visibility, I’m disappointed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
