I honestly do not know how anybody can give this restaurant 5 stars unless they're employed there. We were so excited to have Mr. Jim's come to our area of the woods. We have been so disappointed every time we've tried it, it tastes nothing like the original and the quality of the food is horrible. To me if you open a franchise you should have to have the exact same food quality as the original.

Several times I have ordered from them and every single time one thing or another is incorrect. I am sorely disappointed in their service when asked to correct the issue. Also, one should not be able to order delivery if the driver isn’t available for another 3 HOURS!!! I have given them chance after chance and I am jut done. Eat there if you want but don’t expect it to be correct if you order online.

I absolutely love this place! My mom used to work at the one in Chesapeake, the food is amazing!

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni sausage and extra cheese barely got any cheese I expected a pizza and I have at least some cheese on it this barely has any

Fast and convenient service. Ordered over the phone and picked up food from the drive through window. Sandwiches were good. The pricing is just a bit on the high side for me but the quality was good. I will be back.
