Boat House - Moville

My partner and I went to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Our server was Saoirse, who was friendly, polite, attentive, and had a great understanding of the menu. The food can be described in one word: delicious. It is rare for us to eat here and not be disappointed by at least one dish. Every bite was a delight. My partner and I both agreed that it had been a long time since we had such a delicious dining experience. Well done to all the staff at the Boathouse. The beautiful view only added to the experience.

"What a gem! We had a fantastic dining experience at this cozy restaurant while on a spontaneous road trip by the Foyle River. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, even though we hadn't made a reservation, they found us a table with a lovely view of the river. We started with pate and then enjoyed the Sunday special, a 12-hour slow-cooked brisket that literally melted in our mouths. The flourless chocolate cake and creme brulee were also delicious. Every dish was clean and well-presented. Kudos to the amazing staff, we can't wait to come back soon."
