Do NOT stay here!!!! Located next to an extremely busy and LOUD road. Tepid shower water even when turned all the way to hot. Toilet didn't flush very well. VER... read more Do NOT stay here!!!! Located next to an extremely busy and LOUD road. Tepid shower water even when turned all the way to hot. Toilet didn't flush very well. VERY spotty WI FI! Old, musty with REALLY creaky steps. Can't eat in the room. So much for the Chinese take away we wanted. Filled out forms upon arrival including what time we wanted breakfast the next morning and WHAT we wanted to eat. We said 830, went downstairs only to find a note that said that since we didn't tell them what time we wanted breakfast, they wouldn't serve it until 9. We came back at 9 and it wasn't ready because the person didn't check the hotel intake paperwork.

We were a gr... read more Friendly welcoming country hotel. Mrs Wall the owner and her daughter run a fantastic place. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is wonderful. We were a group of 8 cousins on a reunion trip. Most evenings we sat by the open fire in the lounge reminiscing.
