I had dinner on the attractive terrace looking out over the rocks of the Cirque de Moureze. The a la carte looked good but I opted for the menu du jour, starting with scallops in a creamy saffron sauce: good flavour, but why were the scallops in small pieces? The beautiful, quiet, relaxing, staff more than nice (pascale, Pablo, Emma .. , really delicious meal (bravo to the chief the correct room. special mention for Francoise and his divine massage!
Phenomenal decoration, service by a team in place for several seasons, whether in the room or in the kitchen .soc everything rolls and a boss listens to his customers
