This small shop can only accommodate one customer at a time. You order from an outdoor screen and they give you an estimated pick-up time, which is usually faster than expected. Last night, my friend told me that the brown sugar Boba tea I got at Yi was a 1 or 2 out of 5, so I'll give it a 1 (compared to other Boba spots on Castro). She defended Yi by saying that it is known for its fertile tea. I couldn't find a regular pearl black milk tea, so I chose the next best option.
