I visited this restaurant after a long day on the CalTrain, and I was really pleased with their Black Tie Burger. While I can't comment on their angus burgers, the kobe burgers are outstanding, and at $12, it's a fair price for a delicious burger. Based on other reviews, I'd suggest focusing on their premium burgers. I've returned twice and each time I enjoyed a kobe burger, and they've been fantastic every time. It's a great spot to grab dinner after commuting!
I dropped in for a quick lunch while in Mountain View and tried their Southwest Burger. It was fantastic overall, particularly the guacamole, though the fries were somewhat average. The service was quick and friendly the entire time.
I visited this restaurant with a group of nine, and everyone ordered burgers. It seemed like everyone was satisfied with their choices. Although I'm not a burger expert, I really enjoyed mine—the meat was perfectly cooked, the vegetables were fresh, and I loved the brioche bun. I mentioned to the staff that I have a dairy allergy (I’m lactose intolerant, but I find it's easier to tell them I'm allergic so they take it more seriously), and it did take a bit longer for them to prepare my burger because they cooked it separately from the other burgers with cheese. Our favorite burger here is the hangover burger, which includes a beef patty, bacon, steak sauce, chipotle mayonnaise, avocado, and a fried egg. The service is always friendly and prompt. We would definitely come back again.
