At around 4:47 PM, a Hispanic couple and her older mother entered, only to be told they were not open yet. Then, at 4:50 PM, a Caucasian couple walked in and took a seat without any issue. Another Caucasian woman entered at 4:55 PM and was seen placing her takeout order without any hindrance. Finally, we went back inside at 5:05 PM, and an employee told us to follow him. He led us to a table and hastily set down the menus before walking away. While the food was decent, the service left much to be desired, despite the staff's friendly demeanor. It seemed like the service was inconsistent depending on who you were, which was quite frustrating.

I ordered unagi dong, beef steak teriyaki and tempura for delivery. AMAZING Unagi I ever had! Eel was thick, delicate and well cooked. I will definitely order it again

Went a few more times since the review below. Consistently good food with value. As they advertise on their wall, delicious food, large portions, and friendly service . Other than a bit salty miso soup (though it was good), everything was good on the 3-item combo meals as in the photo. Ah yes, the price was quite reasonable for the portion and taste. Next time, we 'll try the nigiri and sashimi plates. Recommended.

This is our Friday dinner place. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We will not stop eating here until we've tried everything on the menu!

I ordered unagi dong, beef steak teriyaki and tempura for delivery. AMAZING Unagi dong i've ever had! Eel was thick, tender and well-cooked. I'll definitely order it again
