A bit slow! Only one cashier was helping at a time, even though there were three employees working. It felt like they were prioritizing online orders over customers standing in line. I asked for butter and only got honey for my biscuit. The food was tasty though.
KFC chicken tastes pretty good, but usually pretty salty for my taste and is not a particularly healthful choice. I went into the store to pick out dinner but ended up buying nothing. If you have a big crowd to feed, you can get buckets, biscuits and sides, but otherwise nearly everything on the menu appeared to be bundled with soda or things I had no intention of purchasing. After trying to put a decent meal together for 3 people, I gave up on their bundles and went somewhere else to eat.
The spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t even spicy. Popeyes and McDonalds are better.
Service was pretty good. Order came out really quick as everything was prepared and in a steamer. The chicken filet was cold on the sandwich and kfc’s spicy sauce is very runny. Chicken nuggets were also cold as well as the side of sweet corn. It was empty inside the location and looked like a down period. Next time I will just drive to Popeyes in Sunnyvale.
Small, greasy table, no AC, def not recommended for dine in.
