The sandwiches are decent, but I found the prices for other menu items to be quite excessive.

However, when I entered the restaurant, no one came to the front counter to assist me. I waited there for about 10 minutes, trying to get their attention by calling out "Hello?" and "Excuse me?" but the three employees were busy cleaning in the back, playing loud music, and completely ignoring me. Despite my attempts to reach out, they didn’t acknowledge me or even glance my way. I even took off my mask and shouted over the plastic divider at the counter, but I still didn’t receive my food.

I visited the restaurant to grab dinner, but I ended up leaving without anything. If you're serving a big group, you can order buckets, biscuits, and sides, but many menu items come with soda or extras that I didn’t want. I attempted to put together a meal for three, but eventually decided to forgo their meal deals and went somewhere else to eat.

It seemed like online orders wer... read more The service was a bit slow! Only one cashier was assisting customers at a time, even though there were three employees working. It seemed like online orders were given higher priority than those waiting in line. However, once my order was taken, it was prepared quickly. There were five people in line ahead of me when my order was placed.

Order came out really quick as everything was prepared and in a steamer. The chicken filet was cold on the sandwich and kfc’s spicy sauce is very runny. Chicken nuggets were also cold as well as the side of sweet corn. It was empty inside the location and looked like a down period. Next time I will just drive to Popeyes in Sunnyvale.
