As first time visitors we requested them to prepare our icicle on a clean pan or on a pan that was only used for vegan bases. The employees were disrespectful, apparently we should have listed this as allergies . Being vegan is a choice, it is not an allergy.

Tasty rolled ice cream which is a little bit on the expensive side. Lots of toppings available. Long lines with a 15-20 minute wait on Saturday around 7pm. Sinc... read more Tasty rolled ice cream which is a little bit on the expensive side. Lots of toppings available. Long lines with a 15-20 minute wait on Saturday around 7pm. Since each ice cream is hand made from liquid cream on a anti-griddle until it solidifies to icecream. Worth a quick visit every once in a while if you?re craving a novelty rolled ice cream but otherwise I would stick witha classic gelato or ice cream for a much lower cost.

Staff was friendly and the show of preparing the ice cream rolls is entertaining. I subtracted a star for kiosk vs cashier when they were not busy.
