I only received a small amount of pretzel topping, with only three half pretzels, and maybe four or five mochi pieces.

I received my order three hours after placing it, and it arrived melted and upside down. To be honest, it wasn't even good. I had to give it to my sister, and even she didn't care for it much. It definitely wasn't worth the money, especially with all the fees this app charges for just one item.

As first time visitors we requested them to prepare our icicle on a clean pan or on a pan that was only used for vegan bases. The employees were disrespectful, apparently we should have listed this as allergies . Being vegan is a choice, it is not an allergy.

Staff was friendly and the show of preparing the ice cream rolls is entertaining. I subtracted a star for kiosk vs cashier when they were not busy.

Sinc... read more Tasty rolled ice cream which is a little bit on the expensive side. Lots of toppings available. Long lines with a 15-20 minute wait on Saturday around 7pm. Since each ice cream is hand made from liquid cream on a anti-griddle until it solidifies to icecream. Worth a quick visit every once in a while if you?re craving a novelty rolled ice cream but otherwise I would stick witha classic gelato or ice cream for a much lower cost.
