Chez TJ brings beautiful cuisine, artfully presented in a friendly and caring atmosphere. Chef and Head Sommelier Ted Merkel and all the people there will take excellent care of you. This is a wonderful place to spend a memorable evening.
Superb! We visited Chez TJ a few days ago for dinner and the whole experience was fantastic. We were treated to the seven course (plus multiples surprises from the kitchen) experience where you don't get to see the menu beforehand but get surprised at every course. The staff carefully noted any dietary restrictions and went out of their way to accommodate my wife's preferences (vegetarian but open to a few select types of fish). Every course was beautifully crafted with attention to the smallest details. Even the smallest addition to the plate was bursting with flavor. The kitchen really knows how to transform every ingredient and create wonderful and sometimes unexpected flavor combinations. A truly memorable meal! Service was fantastic throughout the 3+ hour experience and we will definitely come back for another dinner soon. Highly recommended!
