Nagano Japanese Steakhouse And Sushi

This is my favorite restaurant and has been for quite a while. The staff is friendly and helpful, the environment is so cozy and welcoming, and the food is insanely good. Would highly recommend! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

They have a mysterious 15% service charge on the bill. So beware. Food was alright, staff was nice. Location was a little dangerous; multiple shattered windows in the parking lot Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The cook was great!! The service not so much. Be careful because our server didn’t tell us they added a 20% grate and the receipt only showed total and a tip line (nothing about grat). I found out because I personally did the math and had to ask her. It also took her 10 min to even see us and another 8 min to bring our drinks and when I asked her how long it was going to take to get out order and food cooking she had an attitude. The food was pretty good. And the cook was funny. We went in a pretty big group and the portions were well sized. Very Satisfied!

Ordered Filet, Shrimp, Scallops, and Lobster. Filet and lobster was waaaay OVERCOOKED, although request medium. My steak was placed on grill at the same time as another guest who requested medium well. My steak came off the grill after his. Lobster cooked until chewy. Should have been cooked with shrimp and scallops. Just bought a $69 lesson. Won't be back. Now I know why the restaurant was empty. Meal type: Dinner
