I've had wedding and birthday cakes from Olexa several times before and I thought I would try them again. The cake was disappointing, the batter had been over mixed or it had too much baking powder. Had the Lorraine quiche with salad and tortilla soup. Excellent food! A slice of vanilla cake with buttercreamicing wS excellent. Very rich and sweet.
The birthday cake we got from Olexa’s was DELICIOUS! I waited to order till the last minute but they were still able to accommodate me! Can’t wait for next year’s cake ?
