Terrible customer service at this location. A bunch of kids who seem not to care. There were 4 kids behind the counter and only 1 of them was actually working. Wasn't able to order a cookie cake at Galleria location, so I tried this location. The manager was extremely nice and welcoming she was able to get me exactly what I wanted! I will ALWAYS use this location from now on. Seems as if all the staff are so nice too!
Amanda and Amber were extraordinarily helpful, and the cookie cake was absolutely perfect!
10/10 would definitely come back for cookies and ice cream! They have such a variety of flavors. The staff is very friendly and helped me pick out cookies and ice cream mix in’s.
My daughter loved her cookie cake. They are the very best
