I've worked the restaurant industry for many years and to not greet guests or even say goodbye? It's just an awkward experience for the customer. I got the feeling, from myvisits that, it is poor management, which causes a trickle down effect and it makes me sad to see a brand new store flounderbecause of managers that can't keep their emotions in check or treat their employees with a modicum of respect.
