Most ite... read more This KFC location was clean. The customer service was quick and courteous. The prices did not reflect the commercial advertisement.! This was alarming. Most items were off by $5.00 more on the specials. I do not know why that was. Hopefully in the future the specials at this location will reflect accurately with the commercial advertisement.

Most importantly, the quality of the chicken was outstanding. It was delicious, featuring a crispy exterior and a tender interior, and best of all, it wasn’t salty at all. I will definitely be returning for my bucket of chicken. Well done, KFC!

I spent over $35 o... read more I was quite disappointed with my experience at the KFC in Mount Vernon. The chicken was terrible; it was clearly reheated and way too greasy. I spent over $35 on what turned out to be very mediocre food. I also requested condiments at the drive-thru, but when I got home, there were none included. They mentioned they were about to close, which is why I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order, yet it turns out the restaurant still had over an hour before closing time. This will definitely be my last visit to that KFC. They've been around for a long time, but something seems off. A close friend of mine had a similar experience with reheated chicken, so it appears to be a recurring issue there.
