This KFC location was clean. The customer service was quick and courteous. The prices did not reflect the commercial advertisement.! This was alarming. Most ite... read more This KFC location was clean. The customer service was quick and courteous. The prices did not reflect the commercial advertisement.! This was alarming. Most items were off by $5.00 more on the specials. I do not know why that was. Hopefully in the future the specials at this location will reflect accurately with the commercial advertisement.

I ended up leaving and went to Popeyes instead, where I could a... read more I walked into KFC, saw the prices, and was shocked by how expensive the meals were—way too high! I ended up leaving and went to Popeyes instead, where I could afford a chicken sandwich. Lately, my meals at KFC have been disappointing, with bland fried chicken. I even had to return my last order from the Webster Ave location. The KFC on 145th Street wasn’t any better. What happened to this place? It used to be the go-to spot for a satisfying meal, but not anymore. I’m giving 2 stars just for the nice presentation of the food.

Most importantly, the quality of the chicken was outstanding. It was delicious, featuring a crispy exterior and a tender interior, and best of all, it wasn’t salty at all. I will definitely be returning for my bucket of chicken. Well done, KFC!
