It was really disappointing since they’re our favorite, and we had ordered them separately because they didn’t come with the meals. At least we got the butter and honey!

When you pull up to the drive-thru, they usually ask for your order without letting you know that some items are unavailable due to a shortage of dark meat. It's not that they're completely out; they just don’t have enough to serve regular customers who come around 6 PM multiple times a week. Maybe better inventory management during dinner hours would help—just a thought. If they can't even make it to the bank for change and require exact cash or debit card payments, it's hard to see how they'd handle the dinner rush effectively.

After such a long wait, I ended up with carbonated water instead of my drink, and there were pickles on my sandwich. It's disappointing that they can't seem to find someone to manage that location effectively; it could really be a great restaurant.

The service is extremely slow; we stood at the counter for five minutes without being acknowledged while others passed by. Once our order was finally taken and we went to get our drinks, the area around the drink machine was filthy—we couldn't find a clean spot to put our cups down. All the tables were dirty, and the restrooms were disgusting and unsanitary. To make matters worse, our order was wrong, and we had to ask for corrections multiple times before it was finally right. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
