Collinsville is a small mining town inland from BOWEN, a lovely one hour scenic drive south west. It leads through to Charters Towers or the Burdekin Dam if you're intending to get away from the coast for a while.The Coffee House does great meals, has home made pies and a good variety of other meals or snacks.
