Opal Ridge - Collinsville

I've gone back a few times now before judgement but I've had enough now...Do yourself a BIG favour and eat somewhere else ...The food is repeatedly terribly .

What a gem to be found in Collnsville, beautifully appointed rooms, great bar/dining facilities and great food. Staff super friendly and helpful they go the extra mile. Plus they have a good takeaway, really good pizzas, Burgers, steak sandwiches and you have to try the wing's.

Been to this motel for dinner a few times now when in town.My husband loved their breakfast Parmie from a previous visit and although off the menu this time the waitress asked the chef would he make it and the chef obliged.Cannot fault the service we have received and will be back next time in town.Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, food is excellent and prices are fair.
