Mcdonald's - Mount Sterling

This is one of the best and friendliest places around. I come here often and love my regular morning routine. There is an older woman who always remembers me, even if I haven't been in for a month. However, the other staff members are just as friendly and helpful with my orders. The food is always incredibly fresh and served hot. If I know I'll be stopping by in the morning, I can rely on them for a delicious breakfast.

I often find the food at this restaurant to be cold. The Pilot truck stop is actually a better option.

We waited 25 minutes in the drive waiting no one apologised for the delay. eating was cold and obviously not freshened. for bad administration of this restaurant

Friendly service. usually quite fast. but a couple of times I asked for extra sauce for the nuggets, as they only give 1 per 4/6 pieces, and I even cared for them on the window, but when I open the bag, she didn't put them in. I have to ask again, and they usually ran away from the window. no biggie. I know they're busy.
