Yaks had so many great vegan options! tons mokasus, kekse, smoothies, tees with oats or mandelmilch (try the white coconut cream tea they thank me later and I loved the variety of options on the menu! I got the vegan thai peanut buddha peel and it was incredible! also the mood of the whole place is so cool! great music, cute string lights and instead of taking a number, they take smth like fruit loop or brad box for them to call lol. the people and the environment simply smile on their face could not recommend!

Vegan menu includes sandwiches, burrito, bagels etc Updated from previous review on 2021-03-12

Amazing food! Not a ton of vegan choices but lots of vegetarian options. The vegan Thai burrito is SO YUMMY! And the chocolate oatmeal is to die for! My kids and I ate it as a dessert. (Full disclosure I'm not sure the chocolate sauce is vegan. We didn't ask It looks like they've got some good sandwich choices as well, though I haven't tried them. We also really enjoyed a couple of their smoothies subbed almond milk for yogurt. And surprisingly reasonably priced, especially for Mt. Shasta.

The best garlic fries I've ever had. I thought the Parmesan would overpower the garlic taste but every bite had a garlic taste and it had that natural garlic spice. Amazing. I wish we had this in the bay area. Burgers were really good too. They were hugeand very filling. The patty tasted fresh as well. It wasn't overly greasy. Would definitely come back. Smoothie was great too.Service was super friendly and quick.

Highly recommended! Cute little restaurant with outstanding food! Their homemade sauces were creative and tasted amazing! So were the house made bagels we tried jalapeño cheddar roll/bagel. As if the cute Christmas decorations and amazing food werenot enough, Mt Shasta view just added on to the experience. Food, ambience and view were all 10/10.
