I don't usually drink Starbucks but we were out of town and the hotel coffee was just not good...so we went by. It was a good cup of coffee and got the job done. View all feedback.
What Brina Lol doesn't like about Starbucks:
My latte was superb and the baristas got it to me swift af boiwhat I didn’t appreciate was the ceremony taking place making me unable to lock in due to being questioned by some man who felt the need to reach over my head whilst questioning me on my knowledge of Pearl Harbor as though I was in history class causing me to leave ultimately putting a damper on my study sesh and spoiling my productive streak View all feedback.
Horrible service. I went in and asked if there was anything on the drink menu gluten free because I have celiac disease and the guy looked at me like I was crazy and said “I have no idea” I said is there a way to find out? Thinking that, like most food and bev places, they had an allergy guide or someone in charge who was knowledgeable about what is in the food/drinks they sell- and he goes “…..I mean….I could google it” and I said would the manager know? He says “I am the manager.” REALLY!? you are the manager and have no idea what is in your drinks or if there is a SINGLE thing on the drink menu without gluten?? If you are in charge of an establishment in the food and bev industry, you should be knowledgeable about what options you have for customers with allergies (or autoimmune diseases in my case). That was truly a first for me- I have NEVER been anywhere where the manager did not educate themselves on ingredients/ cross contamination possibilities for those with allergies/illnesses that keep them from being able to enjoy what others can. SO unprofessional and rude. They need someone invested in their business and customers in charge. We walked out and won’t be back.
Food 4/5 my sugar cookie latte was good but my sprinkles were forgotten, I can forgive and forgetService 5/5 the baristas did nothing wrong and were especially kind with the young girls next to us so shoutout themAtmosphere 1/5 my issue here lies with the way management allowed a military ceremony of some sort to go down in the Starbucks that I personally know is the busiest in the area after 5pm with students and people working. It got unbelievably loud (too loud for noise cancelling AirPods) in there very quickly, with a microphone plugged into an amp and everything. We were even harassed, tapped on the shoulder and approached multiple times as innocent and productive patrons by the event organizers that didn’t even buy anything?? I watched so many people walk up and then turn around and leave so not only was it an uncomfortable and unproductive environment with no warning at all but they were quite literally driving away business? Anyways I’m just pissed because I was getting in the zone and my work done and I was rudely interrupted and I’m not happy.

We are regulars here. The staff is perfect, but the outside tables are wet always after an evening rain. Could the tables be dried, so they are ready for the day?
Always had very pleasant experiences here, but shoot out to Eddy from this morning for going beyond and above and super communicative this morning! Thank you guys!
