We were a party of 15. Served with care and attention. Every single member of the family enjoyed their dishes. Bourbon shrimp was the winner. Cashew crusted tuna steak on a bed of salad was #2. Jambalaya was a close 3rd. Fabulous black bean burger!!!! The fries were good all around. Yummy crab cakes. The fish burger gets special mention. Interesting cocktails. Good wine and beer. You can eat inside or out on patio. R... View all feedback.
What nicole h doesn't like about Shark Fin:
Disappointed in the food today. Service was great though. All of our fried food tasted like the oil was old. Fried flounder was soggy, crab cakes were small and did not consist of much crab. Best thing were the fried green tomatoes. View all feedback.
I was disappointed with the food today, although the service was excellent. Everything we ordered that was fried had a taste that suggested the oil was old. The fried flounder was soggy, and the crab cakes were small and lacked substantial crab meat. The highlight of our meal was definitely the fried green tomatoes, which were the best part.
My cousin used to work here, so she recommended it to me. The sunset views are stunning, and there’s a boardwalk to explore. The service was a bit slow, and the food could have been served a little warmer, but the atmosphere really made the experience enjoyable. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was around $13.95. I chose the mahi club, which was said to be more popular than the salmon BLT, while my dad ordered the shrimp basket priced at $22.95. We were too full for dessert after that! 2024 #14
I ordered the small Spinach Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette and a cup of Black Bean Soup. Both were really good. The soup was hot and packed with flavor. The salad wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was exactly what I wanted. My companion ordered the Western Burger with fries, and oh my goodness, it was a stunning burger. I couldn't resist taking a bite, and it was absolutely delicious! The patty hung over the bun, and the sauce and juices were dripping everywhere. It was one of those burgers you just can't stop eating, even when you're full. I’d give a 10/10 recommendation for the burger and the soup! Our waitress was friendly and attentive; she kept our glasses full and checked on us at respectful intervals. The only downside was the lighting—it was a bit too dark. If you struggle to see in dimly lit places, you might find it hard to read the menu. However, if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere for a first date, it would be perfect.
It was 5/8/2024 and we were stuffed from a late breakfast but we tried Vickery's Bar Grill for a cocktail and snack. Drew M was our server and at 22, surprisingly one of the best, most attentive waiters. The restaurant is lovely with a great atmosphere, beautiful outdoor seating and an elevator for the disabled. Highly recommended
Interesting decor the moment you arrive and I love the uniqueness of it all of this location. Great music playing the whole evening. We received great customer service the whole time. Great drinks along with great food. The fried calamari was good and the orange marmalade that comes with it. The bourbon shrimp was so delicious that I had to get the bourbon shrimp pasta. The Pesto Salmon was so delicious it's crazy. Everything tasted fresh and came out nice and hot. Everything was cooked wonderfully. The view from this restaurant is wonderful especially watching the sunset. Definitely would recommend this location.
