This is a fantastic spot for breakfast and brunch. They serve freshly made pastries that are delightful. It's also one of the few places where you can enjoy a delicious crepe. The baked goods and quiches are absolutely tasty too! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Saveurs Du Monde Café Belle Station:
We went out for coffee this morning and had a disappointing experience. There was no coffee menu available, so the employee tried to read the options from the register but found they had nothing listed there either. We were charged for the coffee itself, plus an extra $1 for each flavor, which should have been included in the price. We specifically requested both coffees to be iced and confirmed this with the cashier... View all feedback.
It was a little pricey, and the Galettes had an unpleasant flavor. The service was very friendly, but for a pastry/breakfast place, they were understaffed for a Saturday morning.
In my travels, very few places have met the standards of this gem. The food was amazing.
After visiting this establishment months ago and having a great experience i decided to come back for breakfast- was shocked by the utter rudeness and disrespect by the employees, they clearly hate working there and you can feel the negative energy as soon as you step inside the door. The price compared to what i was received and the 40 minutes it took for the food and coffee to finally make its way to our table was truly appalling- was extremely disappointed and will never be returning. I know it is owned by different people now and the true authenticity of the cafe has completely diminished, if i could give it a negative star rating i would, don’t waste your time here
Visited recently and was greeted with a line to the sidewalk. After hearing that the majority of items were out of stock I opted to have french toast and strawberries, a $3 option might I add. Upon arrival at the table, I noticed 3 strawberries were on the plate. $1 a strawberry, come on... The french toast was mediocre at best, it is difficult to review it through the copious amount of powdered sugar to cover the bland and stale strawberries. The coffee was great on a past visit but I'm sad to say this establishment has tarnished its name. Do NOT waste your time visiting this location. I believe two of these now franchises are now under new management. The store downtown is your best bet to experience the real Saveurs du Monde Cafe.
I can’t rate the food because I walked out while waiting in line for 10 minutes watching a young girl behind the counter ever so SLOWLY fold a box while the line was out the door. The employees seem to be in a trance, completely untrained and unmotivated. It’s our second and last attempt at this cafe. The owners need to participate and monitor what’s going on.
