The food at the restaurant was quite delicious. We arrived with a group of 15 at 8:30 PM on a Friday, and it appeared that they may not have been fully prepared to accommodate such a large group, but that is understandable. Overall, the staff was very helpful, though the service was a bit slow and they had trouble attending to everyone. It was an okay dining experience overall. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The customer service at this restaurant needs improvement. The waitress who served us seemed to have trouble remembering things. Despite there being only 6 customers in the restaurant, our waiter forgot to bring a little sweetener after we asked. Another waitress was managing all the tables and our waiter forgot to check on us for refills. The food was average. View all feedback.
This situation had a selection of cheese or cheese pizza at the buffet all the time when I was there. absolutely no service. no zimtsticks or pasta, and cheesesticks were old. platz was quite busy so that finally the cheese-epizzanine also ran out, so nothing buffet at the. I have blown up the manager and they have problems with the staff and the fault that the phone always takes care of as the foundation behind not everyone in the restaurant. I have paid 9.95 for my lunch and will not be back. I do not recommend this special pizza hut.
We were very disappointed during this visit. we were forgotten that we didn't get our drinks long and our order was not correct. this was not the norm before, so I hope they are in a position to play their game where it was before.
?Pineapple ? bacon ? red onions ? olives . Honey BBQ wings ? Cinnimon buns. Nice and hot and very good. Customer service is awesome! They were totally prepared for the Super Bowl.???? 15 minutes, we were heading back home with our grins!
Asked for light marinara sauce..they put way too much!! Like I asked for 1/4 cup full on each slice! Redo. But the fries were good.
They have new owners, I've been to the one they own in Sulphur Springs and can't wait for this one to be great again.
