Freddie's Tavern - Feedback

What Sarah Bowen doesn't like about Freddie's Tavern:
I am staying in Mt pleasant for a few days and I thought, oh I'd like some chicken. I ordered the broasted chicken from Freddy's tavern. I was not happy. The chicken was over cooked, dry as a campfire and completely unseasoned. There wasn't even salt on it. How do you take a super simple dish like this and screw it up? First time visiting and it was great food experience. It's a typical small town tavern, nothing special there. But I sat at the bar and had their cod dinner. Hand dipped, not too breaded, and delicious fish! Fries were among the best I have had in a good while. Steamed veggies (at least a little bit healthy) were really good too.
