What Gust Macejkovic doesn't like about Congress:
Very disappointed. Food menu is odd, weird selection. The special bruschetta came out on stale store bought bread that had raw green apples and a drizzle of honey. The chicken enchiladas were generic. The arancini 's were 4 non descript tiny balls on a plate for $10. The only thing that was positive the wine on happy hour Barbera d 'Alba, Franco Serra for $5 was tasty : They also brought a complimentary chocolate bud... View all feedback.

Astonishing aromen! real mule in the city. we enjoyed the enchiladas and the delicate but rich redolo, with homemade pasta, butternut pure and egg yolk. more, please! the food that the service would not have been better. adrienne, a owner, was a joy, and our host zackary was also wonderful. try out on a well-picked and excellently executed experience! we'll be back soon!
Good small plate dinner. Tapas like presentations and well done
What a wonderful experience at Congress! The food was AMAZING (fresh mozz, wild mushroom tagliatelle, skirt steak, budino tres leche cake)! The music was conducive to a gathering place the service was impeccable! Highly recomend.
Wonderful atmosphere and food. Better than most any we've had in Charleston. A hidden gem in Mount Pleasant that should not be missed.
