Cool outdoor atmosphere- the service itself was a little slow and the staff were a little disorganized. The prices were a little overpriced in my opinion.. however the pizza was pretty good and the ingredients also just tasted really fresh- it just took a while to get. View all feedback.
What Beauty doesn't like about Coastal Crust:
I agree with some of the other comments about the customer service starting to be poor. I love this place but after raving about it to my mom and driving 25mins out the way after her 12hr shift to get what I called, the best pizza around I was denied gluten free pizza just simply because they weren 't making any. Completely understand if they ran out of ingredients/supplies but wasn 't the case. They just decided the... View all feedback.
There is a difference in customer service and customer experience. Their customer service was below average. I felt like I was pushed to leave. We ordered to eat there but they delivered the pizza in a to-go box while the rest of the table got their pizza on the table with plates. When I asked a what time do the Close? They said 10pm we arrived at 8:45pm Me and my whole family felt like they were rushing us to leave however there was other people there eating. The Sunshine Law. Very poor customer service. Hope at some point they read this and implement more IDET, and Customer Experience Culture. I?ll love to talk with Leader/ owner because they have potential but the most important part is neglected. Will I come back? No thanks, is an opportunity to discover other place.
Overall: Quality pizza, but at a premium price. The good: The pizzas we got were delicious, with crispy-yet-chewy crust that was slightly charred (in a good way) and came out relatively quickly (and hot). The menu is well-sized and they have plenty of drink options as well. Atmosphere is great with mostly-shaded outdoor seating, so you get reprieve from the heat. The not-so-good: Expensive. I'm willing to pay for better ingredients, but the size of the pizzas are a bit small for the price. Also, not much variance between the pepperoni and supremo, though the menu would make you think otherwise. Food/drink: 8/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 9/10

Completely understand if they ran out of ingredients/supplies but wasn 't the case. They just decided they weren 't going to make any gluten free pizzas. Never had that happen to me the many times I 've been going. Very disappointed especially when I 've made plans to have dinner with my mom there who 's never been.
Paid 16$ per pizza, was told it would be an hour wait so I waited. I picked the pizza up around 50 min after I ordered and it was already done. Took the pizza home which is only about a 10 minute car ride and when I go to have a slice, the pizza was not warm at all, meaning it must have been sitting at the store for a good bit even though they told us an hour. The communication was poor from the start. Had trouble with the website and when trying to call, they were not taking calls. The only way to communicate with them was to go to the store itself. I'm sure the dine-in is very different than take out so do I do not view this as a bad place to go get pizza but maybe not the best place to get take-out pizza from.
