Apparently they have a food service leader but he leaves them high and dry too. Never enough staff and the pumps never work. Don’t know why they opened this location.

She has no customer service... read more I am traveling and have been to many Casey's, this one had a rude older Vietnamese, Chinese or Japanese at the front counter 530 am. She has no customer service. Every employee in there was rude, concerned with everything but the customers! I has to ask for a bag for my items and then it was sat on the counter, so when did we stop bagging for customers?? Check your cameras! A heavy set red head was yelling at a girl by the oven who was working over some bottled waters!!! They need a real supervisor there, I would not recommend stopping, run out of gas or go across the street first!
