When I asked for a refund, they requested that I return the food, which was inconvenient since I live 30 minutes away. The service was terrible, and the manager was completely unhelpful. I won’t be coming back.

It’s a shame because it used to be fantastic. Now, the chicken is soggy and tastes like it was reheated in a microwave.

After about five minutes of going in circles with the girl at the drive-thru who seemed completely lost, I gave up and told her to just put the order through with the extra charge. It wasn't enough for her; she rudely yelled at me after ringing it up. When I got to the window, the manager, who clearly needs a dental plan, chimed in instead of simply handing me my food. She was so “kind” that she ended up telling me not to come back.
