Tried to call there and check on an application and they told me to call back in 10 minutes and when I called back after 15 they kept me on hold for 20 while two women stood over the phone which I think one was the manager talking about their boyfriends so I hung up and called back and the phone's been off the hook for the past 6 hours. I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. The chicken was soggy, and the mashed potatoes were swimming in gravy. When I asked for a refund, they requested that I return the food, which was inconvenient since I live 30 minutes away. The service was terrible, and the manager was completely unhelpful. I won’t be coming back.
The staff were excellent, but the chicken pieces fell short. The three-piece dark combo came with a wing drumstick, which was quite disappointing. It’s a shame because it used to be fantastic. Now, the chicken is soggy and tastes like it was reheated in a microwave.
I had an excellent experience at KFC. The service was fast and welcoming, and the chicken tasted fantastic. I truly have nothing to complain about.
I tried to order a six-piece chicken tender, just like I did last time, without the sides. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible. After about five minutes of going in circles with the girl at the drive-thru who seemed completely lost, I gave up and told her to just put the order through with the extra charge. It wasn't enough for her; she rudely yelled at me after ringing it up. When I got to the window, the manager, who clearly needs a dental plan, chimed in instead of simply handing me my food. She was so “kind” that she ended up telling me not to come back.
